Yes, Virginia was amazing! Every part of the trip was so enjoyable! So many inside jokes to add to my collection. ;P
The seven-hour bus rides were actually not that bad. My friends and I talked the whole time, basically. We also talked to our amazing student teacher, Mr. M (not his real name, of course, but this is the internet, after all) because he's so hilarious and one of the nicest guys I've ever met. And pretty handsome. Haha... err, wait, he's just a bit too old for me. But we all love him anyway. It's so sad, because yesterday was his last day with us and of course I hugged him goodbye. Choir just won't be the same without him. :(
We went to Colonial Williamsburg and performed in front of...20 people. Yeah. The judge seemed to really like us, though. And then we walked around and checked out the stores. I bought a cream soda and I told Mr. M it was beer, lmao. Hilarity ensued. Then later on we took a ghost tour in Yorktown~ I really wasn't that scared but the rest of my group was. One of the girls thought she caught a ghost on camera and I must admit, it does look pretty convincing.
The next day, we went to Busch Gardens. I traveled around with my non-roller coaster friends. Most of the time we were there we were either on the sky ride, shopping, or complaining that we were tired. I did take some nice pics, though.
My roommates and I didn't get a whole lot of shut-eye because we were up late anyway, taking pictures and whatnot. Oh well. I had a great time, but I'm glad to be back in New Jersey. I missed everyone so much!
Also, I'd like to dedicate this entry to Mr. M., whom will be missed dearly by all of us in choir. Have fun in college and don't ever forget about us! ;D
