Apartment hunting has got me down. Way down. Who knew it would be so difficult?
Put in an application for this place:
The bathroom was fantastic. The kitchen and bedroom were lack-luster...but as I see it, we'll spend the majority of our time in the living room, and the bedroom had a lot of closet space. And it's on the cheaper end of what we've seen.
If that application falls through, we have a prospect for a 2 bedroom townhouse for $150 more a month. I'm a little hesitant about the landlord though. I think I need more information about HIM...to ensure any maintance would be done if needed.
If neither of those are a go...it looks like it is back to the drawing board.
