Here comes the sun...do do do do...but not today.
It's FINALLY raining. A real, constant, steady rain.
The rain is so calming for me and it makes everything smell so nice...and somehow, I always manage to attain that feeling of infiniteness. It's slowly starting to feel like autumn and I'm slowly starting to break out my hoodies and long-sleeved shirts. My favourite season, my favourite clothes, my favourite weather...*content*
However, en contraire...school is getting to that point again where is it taking over my existance almost completely. I had a quiz in conversation yesterday that I studied for for 3 and a half hours and I was elated with the B that I earned. French verb tenses, espeically compound tenses, are really hard to keep straight. I know 9 tenses now, I think...I think there are 4 or 5 more to learn still. Fun and games.
Other than that...I'm trying to get my service project underway but it's not happening too quickly. I have a French lit midterm on Tuesday and a French history/culture/civilization midterm on Thursday...and a 6 page French paper due on Thursday for all the pieces we have read in lit. My mom expects me home this weekend for my dad's birthday and then I have to go back home again next weekend for Fall Break. I just really want to sleep for like 72 hours.
Must class it up.
