Today the first part from the Estonian championships in dressage for seniors took place. There where only 5 participants because not many horses here who know how to perform real piaffe, passage and gallop pirouettes. it's real fun to watch though! at least it is when it isn't raining like you were standing under a waterfall. which was the case.
This was how the arena looked before it started raining. A pretty well kept solid but not hard ground. Really rather respectable.
Deelis is on 4th place right now. A BIG Tori (Estonian native breed) gelding.
Belmondo is 5th and last on the moment.
Markus got second place in today's show. look at those socks! After his ride it started raining. And it rained so much that they had to make a pause in the competition.
After the rain gave in a little (but not much) they went on with El Beg-s ride (3rd place). But the arena was... well see for yourself:
The winner of the first round was the ever so beautiful Freestyle and Marlen, who is, I'm proud do say, my trainer :) Good luck to them tomorrow.
After that they had an open class and more rain. the arena was worse than ever!!
Here's why the judges decided to judge from cars:
This was how the papers where delivered:

Tomorrow the second round will take place and the overall winners are announced. I just hope it will clear up a bit.
