Good things on the horizon? *blistered fingers crossed!*

Well, I finally auditioned with that band. I knocked the guitar player out, (and HE's freaking AMAZING!) he liked everything about how I played... I challanged him to come up with stuff for me to play and nailed everything he threw at me, from cheap trick to Bad Company to just a blues jam. He thought I was great, and said he felt like we really clicked. The singer/keyboardist/band leader.... wasn't as enthusiastic. He gave me homework....five songs to learn, and we'd do it all again. *sigh* I can do this... I'm a good musician...I can do this....Damn though...my fingers are blistered already.
