The stuff of my life
I haven't updated in awhile due to the fact that my laptop isn't currently recieving the internet. Blasted router! I hate that thing. We had to buy a new one so hopefully when it gets hooked up I'll have the internet again. For now I'm stuck in the basement corner with this really slow running computer. At least I can check my email though, there's always a silver lining.
On Friday I went with Megan and her mom to Chicago to see a play. We saw Little Women, which was spectacular I might add, and had dinner and drinks. We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and I loved it. It was so modern and chic. It was also very dark, but I think that had to do with the intended atmosphere. I bought a Hard Rock shirt with a martini glass on it. The next day we went shopping and I bought another t-shirt. I have a thing for t-shirts but since it's the middle of winter I really should avoid buying so many of them right now.
Then, on Monday, my boyfriend and I went out to Bennigans to eat. That will always be one of my favorite places to eat. They have the best seasoned fries. I also got a melon martini which didn't taste much like melons but they did make it pretty by putting some blue suger on the rim. I took a picture of it with my phone because its just become a tradition for me to take pictures of all of my margaritas before I drink them. Soon I'll have a whole collection. Hmm...that wouldn't be a bad idea for an art show. I could start a new movement. I should tell my very british art teacher about it, he'll either laugh at me or think I'm a genius.
I really must go now. Hopefully the next time I update will be on my wonderful, yet useless right now, laptop again.
