OOOH YAY! VIEWPOINTS! I AM EXCITED!!!

Death Penalty- Against. If they took away someone elses life, I still don't believe they should die. That is not something for mankind to decide. That is why they were convicted in the first place, because life is NOT in our hands.
IVF- I am for it, otherwise I would not have my cousin triplets with me. It isn't like they are killing the child, most people who get this done want nothing more than a child in their life and most times that child is loved more than some children that are concieved the natural way.
War- Against. I see no point. Again, I think it is the US's way of trying to stick their nose into everyone elses business and we are doing this by hurting ourselves, and Bush shouldn't have overridden everyone by not stating war- but still having a war. Then again, don't get me started with everything HE has done wrong. He should not be a president. Then again, most who run shouldn't either.
Stem Cell Research- At first, I was confused, but the more that I looked into it and realized that ( ... )

Embroynic Stem Cell- I don't know if you wanted to really add that one it, or just stem cell in general, and in that case, I do not see any problem with it because sadly, and this makes me ill having to say it-- but it is already aborted fetus's that are 'no use'-- and though that child SHOULD rightfully have a life, they can be able to help others have a life.

[I learned all about stem cell research at the end of biology, so viewpoints have changed greatly once I figured out what was what. It is amazing what commercialism and churches can tell you to believe.]

Yes! I absolutely meant to add Embryonic to that. I am ALL for using 'adult stem cells' from your own body. It's amazing to me that God would give you it's own way to heal itself right in you. If you research it, it is already healing people and making a lot of headway. I think it should get more recognition then it does, and that people should get off of the Embryonic thing...they're just trying to be controversial ( ... )

There are two different kinds of cloning, there is true cloning, and cloning of cells like organs. That is what is used with adult stem cells.

I am sure there are other ways to find cures and I understand what you are stating that if we are medically dependant on the killing of children. The embroynic stem cell is the most unpredictable of the stem cells used as of today, so even if they were going to use it as theraputic cloning of organs, they can't make sure that the stem cell goes to the specific organ they want. I know they are just trying to further research and such but why deal with things that God should deal with when we already have a great thing such as adult stem cell.

I don't even know who even came up with the idea of abortion- they should be charged with murder. [I am sure they are dead now, but seriously..]

*giggle* I like to know what I stand for, because you have to stand for something or you will fall for anything. It frustrates me when teens and people in their early twenties do not even review the issues that are going on around them. It seems that now adays the new in thing is to be indifferent about everything and nothing is going to change unless you go out and do it yourself. You wouldn't believe how upset I was at the fact that 75% of my friends did NOT vote this past year when they have every opportunity to.
I am up for debates, I am strong with all of my viewpoints-- except for the stem cell-- that one is so mindblowing and there is so much information, and I am MOSTLY against it, but there is a small part of me that isn't because of all the potiental that it has.

I LOVE PUNK ROCK.

Wooooooooow, don't even get me started on the voting thing. It is a PRIVILAGE that you can vote. You are disgusting the entire rest of the WORLD who are fighting for the very right that you are shrugging off your shoulders. *steams* I'm resisting from writing any more, but I could go for pages...haha, you probably know that ( ... )

I am extremely against the cloning part of the embroynic stem cell, but I can see the researchers point of view at how it can renew organs like the adult stem cell. I just don't like [as you added] that they would be depending on the abortion of children. I never thought if it that way.

Oh, I know what you mean by priveldge. I was in a Women Studies class and I was reading and learning about how much it took for US to get the vote--- and then half of my class didn't even vote? It just makes me sick. [I could go on for days too..]

I agree, with the president standpoint. It discussing his successes and failures isn't going to make us have him in office again or impeached. No sense trying ot change things that won't change. Use your energy on things that can change. I was just very upset because he could be passing through the abortion law again- 2 of the judicial officers that initally voted on it are now out of office and we have a stronger chance of making it illegal yet he isn't even trying to push that issue.

ooo! That's exciting! I didn't even think about this being a good time to push the abortion thing...gosh, he so should do it. It has to go, it is the cause of so much evil in this nation.

I know. I feel like screaming it to the TV everytime that he talks. That is the reason that he was brought into office [if I could have voted]-- this is a way to PUSH it through and it just isn't happening.
