I've been helping with a new MMO project called Versus: Conflict Defines Existence (Versus for short), which will change the way FPS games work.
I've been given the go-ahead to post the site link and all on the game, and to invite you guys to check out the ideas and plans swirling around the Dev team's head.
This game is still in it's fetal stages of development, but the ideas are already solid, and the Dev team is extremely open to new ideas or better ways to do something.
