(no subject)
So I just got into this little debate with myself, and it's pretty dumb.
I'm going with Meredith, Joe, Ryan, Paul, and Paul's friend to Milwaukee for the weekend, and I was debating whether or not to bring a disposable camera or a digital one.
My reasoning behind this issue? With a disposable camera, I can have tangible pictures that I can keep, love, and tack on my wall. With a digital, I can post the pictures online and attempt to prove to people that my life is good and look at all the cool things I'm doing. Look at Alyssa being drunk. Look at Alyssa rocking out, corndog in hand.
Look at Alyssa trying to justify herself on the internet to people she barely talks to anymore.
I think I've decided on disposable.
Oh, and I've been trying to lose myself in a book that Matt recommended to me. It's eerie, and it's working. I just want to stay lost until I'm able to leave. I want to be back where I know myself and things don't feel like such a goddamn fucking effort all the time.
Stagnancy blows. All I want is peace of mind.
