When Holidays Attack
So they have come around again, the holidays. From October till after New Year my life is basically gone. Work has already taken over. Longer, crazier shifts full of shenanigans that can only be classified as insane, travel and vists smished into and around my work schedule and shopping.
I have a LARGE family. When I say large I mean - Two sets of parents (I am the child of a crazy mixed up post divorce and remarriage family) four sisters and two brothers (complete with two brother-in laws and one sister in law...only one of which I can stand) and five nephews (ages 10, 7, 5, 3, 2) and one niece (8) oh and one more on the way. I also have three ridiiculously awesome friends that I consider family. There are also a TON of cousins and aunts and uncles and etc but I don't see them very often and if I tried to even give them all cards my hands would shrivel and die. It's a BIG family. Now part of my family is local (well local to me I mean) and the other half lives in the next state over. (about an hour away give or take for traffic)
This means allot of travel and gift buying in my immediate future. I've already tackled some of it: all my nieces and nephews are done!
I don't really expect to have money or free time again until after January 5th.
