so I'm a bad blogger, I blog a lot and then don't really blog for a long time. and as easy as it is to write an entire blog about what a bad blogger I am I have instead decided to talk about the things I've been doing when not blogging and that must be a lot since I haven't been blogging much. *End Rant*
I've had a lot of school stuff going on recently but I've got a break until September so I'm going on a trip to california. I'm leaving for that in about a week and I'll try to keep you updated on my progress getting ready to go and also when I'm there. which should be fun.

So naturally I bought it.
the feel is awesome it feels like high quality stuff but I haven't had a chance to knit with it yet so I'll let you know more later.
also I've been working on my clapotis. the long abandoned one that I ordered the yarn for special online and knit a few rows on before casting it aside for bigger greater things.

But now I'm just starting out on the straight rows it's pretty easy to do it's just slow going because of the 18! markers you have to slip. if I ever make one again I think I'll forgo to markers and just purl the soon to be dropped stitch, way easier that slipping all these markers.
anyway I have to be going. but hopefully not for long I plan on posting more often so hang in there.
