I am here to warn you of the website gk2gk.com. This is a dating site for, well, geeks. I decided to help a friend out with a 1 month subscription so he could talk to a girl he was interested in, he paid me so it was all good. I thought nothing of it and it left my mind.
2 Days ago, they decided, after I did not sign up for autorenewal in his account, to charge me for another month. No email, no "Hey, is this ok?" No notice at all. So I get an email last night about a overdrawn account, which pisses me off(even though I start work next week[woot] I do not like owing money) so I rush to the bank this morning to get it canceled. I get my refund for the overwithdrawl thing but they say I need to contact the place. So here's what I get:
Your friend's account was apparently set to auto renew. Your friend will
need to change the auto renewal status on the account. No refunds are
available, per the terms of payment, shown here:

So, I ask everyone to avoid this site. It may help get ya freak on, but they'll steal your money too.
