can't think of anything catchy; sorry
so i figured it out this morning and discovered that this is the first 4th of july in 4 years that i have been at home and not working! that in itself is spectacular but on top of that i had a really, truly great day involving flea markets and el super burrito. on the way home from robyn's house, i had the most surreal experience. i was listening (with almost morbid fascination) to this verson of coldplay with a techno background and driving through this weird looking haze. people were setting off fireworks in stripmall parking lots, but i was only able to see them after i passed them, so i was looking out the rearview mirror to see sparks flying through fog. soooo trippy, i wish everyone was in the car to share it, but at the same time, i probably wouldn't have noticed the moment with others there.
