nothing is settled, but there's talk of buying a house. Something allong the lines of my parents co-signing for me, or loaning me the down payment or something. I know, I know call me spoiled or greedy or lucky or whatever but I can't stop day dreaming about buying a little shitter and fixing it up, learning how to re-wire a house, doing my own dry wall, landscaping like mad and turning it into a real investment.
