New Job!
So I'm at my new job right now. I'm supposed to be being a campus monitor but they have me being a babysitter pretty much for a bunch of frosh and sophomores. The class is basically a study hall so kids can do homework and the like and for some reason they decided that I was the person to watch it. Its OK. There's a kid in here that I had woodshop with last year so we got to talk for a bit. He remembered me even with brown hair... so thats good. There two boys that I'm totally suspicious of too... they keep walking around the room and then telling me they're going to be right back and leaving. The thing is.... they do come right back. Like, they're gone maybe 30 seconds and they come back. I have no idea what they're doing but it has me uneasy for sure.
This is only first period and I'm already so bored. They have a shortened day today... thank god. 45 minute periods and I only get to monitor three because the last one is a real class and they wont let me actually teach anything. THAT WOULD BE CRAZY!!!! I dont even think personal development is a very difficult class so I dont think i'd have a problem teaching it if i was allowed. A girl just came in late. little troublemaker. Well i guess she has to babysit her brothers in the morning. Then she comes up to me and says "There's like, no where to sit" and I'm all "take a chair down for YOURSELF and sit there." Jeeze, its not rocket science here. Another little punk just walked in and he didn't even come check in with me. He's one of those creepy little ones with the badly filled in mustache that just looks seedy. Ugh... I hate those ones. Kids need to have the proper respect. Now he's bugging a couple of people. He's like an annoying fly... Instant Dislike has been brought upon him.
