Just an update for everyone...

Mal had the procedure today and everything went fine. He's in quite a bit of pain, and will be for the next week, then he'll have the other half of the procedure one week from today. He probably won't be able to sit at the computer for quite a while, but he's keeping the phone nearby if anyone wants to call.
