My Manly Support
I have a really awesome boyfriend, because he has agreed to work on a story of his own as I working on my novel for NaNo. He wants to keep some competition to keep me going and keep me motivated. I think it’s really sweet. I didn’t even ask; he volunteered to help me by encouraging me and do a story of his own.
Nothing really seems to be popping out at him yet inspiration wise . . . he wants a fantasy genre: fairy-tale. . . which has really gotten me excited. He always sees things in such a different way than I do. I am really looking forward to seeing what kind of fairy-tale he can tell me. . . I also wonder if I am the prince he saves.
Right now he is asleep (the lucky bastard), he can just fall asleep. I have had insomnia for the last three days pretty much since I decided I wanted to do NaNo. I have had maybe 14 hours of sleep in the last 72. . . which is less than what I need so that explains why I have a headache now. Anyway, it’s just great to know I have such a support guy . . . and I really want to get some sleep.
