I'm shocked. . . (Not about my brother)
This is my first blog that isn't about my brother in a few weeks. . .
Wednesday was busy for me. . . Wednesday afternoon Tom's family finally got together and burried his father. It was a nice little service: his uncle who is a reverend lead us in scripture and prayer.
The thing that shocked Tom and I was that his mother was actually acting like a decent human being instead of a bitch (yeah, I said it.)
I had written a previous blog in which talked about how Tom and his mother had huge fight and Tom was refusing to talk to his mother. (We even got my step-mother to take us to the service as my father met us there to pay their respects. It was nice even though he never met the man.)

However after we got to the grave site, she even apoligize to Tom. Tom and I are still in shock. I think she was just that way to make us look like lairs and she was also in the public. (I also believe that Tom's dad's family could easily take on his mother.)
Overall, the service was really small, but nice. I hope Tom was happy with it.
