Making Nigella's Totally Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies is on my 2009 goal list so I get to it. I do perceive baking cookies as a true life achievement. That is about the standard of the rest of my list as well :)
I combine!
I like the butter guides.
Individual portions make me happy.
Melt.
Mix.
Not the highest quality chocolate chips I know, but they will do.
They look so pretty now...
But ahh, pancake cookies!
I wedge them apart.
And I am kind of left with big chocolate slabs. I was hoping for more of a cookie experiece, they taste ok, but for $10 for six of them I think I would have been better off with a pack of tim tams :)
