(no subject)
I'm thinking of anything possible to do to put off my homework... :) So far I'm doing a pretty good job!
I got the results to my catscan last week. They said there's nothing to worry about with my liver. I don't feel completely satisfied with that answer, so I will be talking to my doctor about it at my next appointment (Nov. 15). BUT, they did find out that I have TWO kidney stones in my right kidney. OH GREAT. Luckily, I have not had any pain, and hope to never get any. They said they are very small and not obstructing anything, but it still worries me. The last time I had them, I missed 12 days of class. It was horrible. The worst pain I've EVER had. I'm crossing my fingers and drinking LOTS of water!
I went to UofM yesterday with the guys to the football game. It was freezing. I mean, freezing. I had 8 layers on and I was still cold. We left LTU at about 8AM and got to UofM about 9. We stopped at one of the many Ludington houses to pick up some tickets for us and we were off to Sarah's apartment (Nick's g/f). We stayed warm until the second we had to leave...then we walked from her apartment to a tailgate in the Pioneer High School parking lot...kiddy corner from the stadium. A family friend always has a tailgate there and tons of my family and family friends were there this time. We had some amazing food...and the most expensive liquor I've ever had. We just hung out until game time. We got into the stadium early and could basically pick any seat we wanted...we all ended up together in the student section even though our tickets said different sections. To make a long story short...UofM won...by the skin of their teeth. After the game we headed back to Sarah's apt, warmed up and then found some dinner. I had one of the best, greasiest burgers EVER. MMMM Ben, Brandon, Doug and I left to come back shortly after dinner. It was quite the ride home. M-14 was backed up miles, so we took a random exit and eventually found our way back to LTU. After we got back we were all EXHAUSTED. I was sleeping by 10PM. It was a fun but long day. And, now I am getting a cold.
My knee pain is back. I will be monitoring it this week more and see what it does. I don't know if the doctor can even do anything for me...I can't even explain where the pain is. I just know I can barely walk at times.
So besides all my medical issues...I'm doing ok. School stresses me out...but, what's new? Work's going fine...I'm moving onto the phone schedule this week. I'm kinda scared, but I've had some practice. My parents are possibly coming to visit next weekend. I can't WAIT for Thanksgiving break...then Christmas!! Whaooo!! Anywho...I'm gonna go find something else to keep me away from homework! :)
