Is Dave Hoffman writing a paper on law in fantasy literature?
Because if he is, he's making a great start of it. First, about a week ago, I hear he's interviewed author Patrick Rothfuss on the topic. Now, also via Ilya Somin, he's posted an interview with George R.R. Martin on the same topic. I haven't read it yet, but since the last one was a bit on the long side, and this is an author many of my friends enjoy, I figured it would be best to post first, then read.
UPDATE: This interview is in the form of a podcast, and it's part of The Law & "Hard Fantasy" Interview Series. So, in answer to my question, he doesn't seem to have announced such a paper in the works, but I'd be a little surprised if he doesn't publish one at some point. I look forward to reading it when he does.
