Gin Tasting!
Ooh! Shiny! This is more to remind myself to go than to inform anyone else, but if you're interested, by all means let me know -- I'd love to have a gin buddy! There is a restaurant in Brookline called The Fireplace, and every other Saturday, starting at 3:00pm, they do tastings (which they call "Fireside Chats" -- quite charming), and next week is gin! Yay for gin! I am, as you may already be aware, a big fan of gin, my favorite being Hendrick's. Now, I'm also a big fan of tastings in general, and would love to have someone show me around with gin. I've never been taught much of anything about gin, I just know a few I like, and a few at which to turn up my nose.
