Confusing, creepy, cool: Rebecca's trip to Belgium.

I woke up and left the school extremely early on Wednesday morning, only to reach the train station just as my train was pulling away without me. So I had to wait an hour for the next train to Paris, and exchange my ticket to Brussels for another one at a later time. After changing trains in Paris and Brussels, I finally reached Ieper that ( Read more... )

Hey Rebecca its Celeste

I look forward every couple of days to sitting down and reading your blog. This is the first time I have every read blogs and I don't read any besides yours.

Garrett told me a tale today and thought you might enjoy it.

I told you how a really bad stomach virus has been going around at my house. Well, Garrett was sick on Monday and he missed school on Tuesday recovering. I thought he was better and he ate breakfast (Ramen noodles) Wednesday morning and went to school. He made his first hour class feeling bad and he goes to walk into his second hour class (World Geography with one on the football coaches) and he starts vomiting all over the place. As he is throwing up all over the place a girl in the same class starts having a seizure. I wonder if that Coach was able to teach any lesson that hour.

So when you are having a hard time teaching your high school students, just think about that poor football coach.

Poor Boo. I'm glad your trip turned out all right in the end. I hate being lost, which is why I will never go to a place where people don't speak English. Unless, of course, I have The Boo to translate! Haha. I don't think I'd like being in a town without street signs either. I'd start thinking there was some kind of underground murder ring/black market sex slave operation that they were trying to cover up. Really, what kind of place doesn't have street signs?

Anyway, I'm glad you found George's grave. I'm sure JMB and the other Ll-D's would be very pleased that you visited him. I miss you!
