I hope the plan works for you and you all get some good rest.

I hope so too, although I suspect it'll get worse before it gets better. Friday is going to be Ben's last commute day of the year (working from home after that), so we'll start the new plan that evening.

I'm often not with it enough during the night to be aware of which baby is which. :-)

nobody falls out of bed anymore

My eyebrows went up at this, because Helen still falls out of bed occasionally.

Good luck!

Really? Neil and Zinnia both just sit upright as soon as they wake up. Anyhow, the mattresses are all quite low to the ground, so there won't be any major falls.

Helen doesn't fall out while awake, only while asleep.

She can move around in her sleep like that without waking up? N & Z don't sleep nearly that soundly.

Sounds like you have it all figured out. I wish you the best of luck! Eleanore and Sophia share a room. They go to sleep around 7 to 8 and wake up about 7 to 8. Haha. They always sleep for 12 hours. Sometimes they wake up, sometimes they don't. If they do not wake up then they are both soaked by 7 in the morning. The girls are only napping for about an hour during the day, usually around 11 or 12.

I hope you finally get some sleep! You are amazing for being able to function on what little sleep you do get.
