I have just found the ultimate cook book
I was looking for a nice one on soups, which I found, but there on the desk was another one on display that I just couldn't resist.
And the title of this culinary masterpiece?
Sausage & Mash
It goes through different varieties of sausages along with flavoured mash and even different types of gravy.
I need excuses to make meals for more than one person, to do proper cooking.
It does do other stuff too, I mean there's a recipe for Sicilian sausage pasta with capers, olives & feta.
Or for breakfast - Cashel blue & bacon potato cakes.
I think I must go and see what's in my freezer.
