I was listening to NPR during lunch and they had on a couple people talking about what they thought of Michael Jackson and how much he was loved and how much he is missed... just made me wonder, what would they have said about him before he died. It seems like after his trials and run-ins with the law, people dropped him - didn't speak about him. Now, people are crawling out of the woodwork to talk to the press about how much he meant to him.
I hope that all of the people that have spoken to the press about Michael Jackson, really felt that way before he died and not because they can get in some press time - thanks to their vague connection to him.
don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about his family - I'm talking about the has-beens like Corey Feldman and the other people so would go to an opening of an envelope just to get publicity.
I'm not saying that his family's feelings and grief are fake or publicity stunts, I'm sure that it's real. I can't even imagine if I lost my Dad or one of my brothers...
I don't know... it would be interesting to have heard peoples opinions of him before he died.
