No idea what caused the explosion, or who, but I'm almost certain that he hasn't returned since.

He has 'friends' who would know if he had come back...and most of them are pretty terrible liars, so it's unlikely that they're hiding him. Though perhaps one of them was this accomplice.

If he had, he'd've been at the hospital, correct? Considering I spent a good few days combing through it, I'd wager that you're correct.

.. I see. Would any of these 'friends' have any sort of supernatural powers? Superhuman endurance? The 'Walter' I encountered took four shots from a high-caliber magnum with little more than a grunt.

I don't know what sort of powers...you're saying the Walter you met was an impostor? The only one I can think of who would be willing and able to disguise himself like that would be Jackie Estacado. He has his chip out, but I don't know what he's fully capable of.

More than likely. Only moments after I chased the 'Walter' in custody into an alley south-bound, there was a transmission placing him at the entrance of the highschool.

I've been keeping watch over the Hospital and area surrounding, though I'm unfamiliar with the far-eastern and southern parts of the city.
