Gratitude
Our beloved church has sustained extensive damage and has been condemned by the town building inspector. They said it can be repaired, but it will take a fair amount of time. We were able to retrieve items needed for services, which will continue as scheduled in the Parish Hall.
Just grateful that everyone is okay so far. The area has been put under a "state of emergency." At least, three buildings have been condemned. There were reports of injuries but waiting for more word.
Still, I am thanking God because it could have been so much worse. His mercy endures forever.
