I had thought human customs to be strange, and their lore stranger still, but these recent events have proven nothing less than baffling. It was not the way of the Ancients to fully understand our God, we would be given prophetic dreams to gaze into the future. The gods of this realm, however... They continue to defy logic.
I would sooner embrace this cursed blood lust than ever exist within the skin of our mortal enemy again.
