[Over in Route 33 is Rhyme. Who is currently out looking for new pokemon for her tiny team and training her other three. Of which all of them are winning easily because they are over leveled. But that's not the reason she's on the network at the moment ( Read more... )

Bugsy utilizes bug-type Pokemon. Fire, rock and flying-types have an advantage.

His final Pokemon, apparently a Scizor, is part steel-type. Water Pokemon should be able to take him down easily.

I don't have a water type, but I should be able to get a rock and flying type from Route 33 or the cave. Unless there's water types in the forest?

[That don't require fishing at least.]

I'm not certain. I haven't searched the forest for water-types yet.

There might be, if not then I'll just try and work with what I have. I wonder if you can go down the well and find a water type.
