Office Selfie Wednesday
Because... yeah. I've been wanting to wear this jacket of Ha's to work for a while now, but the size of my backpack makes it hard to justify extra clothing items when I bike commute. It is SHARP, tho. Tailored-fit grey wool with a cute bow where it fastens. Sleeves are a bit short, but so is mommie-in-law.
Today it is raining and cold so LO! I got a ride in and dressed up. As you know, jackets turn any evening dress into work wear! MAGIC!
I also neglected to braid my hair because -- ride in means more time asleep, means doing even less before I leave home than usual. (I'm a real morning person - I get up 10 minutes before I leave the house, usually. Five today. :P)
Also, thanks to having sold another story, my crippling depression / fears of inadequacy have temporarily alleviated!
So I present to you: Me before and after morning braiding. Damn I got a lot of hair. Also I have a Hello Kitty necklace and a Hello Kittty headband my mommie-in-law sent me from Vietnam. And it might be time to trim the bangs, eh?
