2008 is already turning out to be an amusing year! Got snowed in last night visiting Gracie and got to try out her guest bed. Wearing one of her dresses to work today, too. *twirls*!
It's like bein' sisters again! Yay! Sleepover!
Damn but that was hollywood movie set snow last night. I mean DUMPING in buckets from on high! I got stuck half-way down the drive and managed to get myself out. Then I got stuck turning out the end of the drive and after a lot of work and Grace and Mark and their neighbor helping I got on to the street - where I promptly got stuck trying to drive forward. So more shoveling and pushing and we got me back in the driveway for the night.
I can think of worse places to be snowed in though than charming Brackenburye Cottage (as Grace and Mark dub their tudoresque home).
This morning I drove myself in and actually got a good parallel spot on the street (go go gadget everyone-else-called-in). I've fixed my mail server after transferring it - TOM! Your computer is turned off and ready to go away! I'll take it home with me tonight. :)
