I haven't updated in so long

I've became slack in my LJ posts.  I find myself going to myspace more than here for some reason.  
It's a rainy, cloudy day here today and all i've wanted to do is sleep.  We did go have a very yummy, country lunch at a little hole in the wall.  It was absolutely fantastic. Lots of good country cooking.  I even had some fried squash and butterbeans

yeah, and can you imagine sitting like this in front of hundreds of people at a red cross fundraiser? Some of the guest included senators, doctors and so forth. All I could say was.. well damn!
