Do flowers that fall from the North Cloud have any special meanings?

In the far western parts of Vohemar, when the Lake People crown somebody with Hanami flowers, it's a special honor. There's some secrecy surrounding the proceedings, so I think it's some kind of fertility rite.

Interesting! I almost wish Claiborne had some sort of ritual in regards to the flowers, but ah, well.

No, kids are excluded. And as an adult, I've never been in that region at the right time and place to be admitted. Too bad, huh?
