Well, I haven't been posting here since I (finally) joined Facebook.
That's good and bad.
But the biggest problem with FaceBook is, I feel censored there.
Some of the people in my friends and extended friends list are pretty right-wing, so anytime I want to post something political, I feel the need to run it through a filter first.
Noone knows about this blog (LOL), so I can more freely post.
Of course, noone reads it, but I like having the words archived somewhere.
So I read my previous posts here, and what an irony, that my last post was about The Degradation of American Discourse.
This, years before the Shit Hit The Fan in Tuscon, Arizona, with the attempted assassination of Rep Giffords.
I read my post, and was instantly hit at the relevancy of what I was observing back then, and noticing that things have only gotten worse.
I fear how much worse things may possibly get...
...I mean, I look back at my posts about the deficit, and how I used the word TRILLION like it was considered to be a large amount of money back then.
Yet now, people apparently aren't concerned with multiple trillions of dollars, for the bailouts, Wall Street, and multinational military contractors. It USED to be, that $70 Billion was a lot to ask of America.
Now, that's chump change to be lined in the pockets of corporations and politicians.
Yea, how far America has fallen.
