Stones

Oh well, Stones was a truly tiring and exhausting experience. Lots of prep and loads of work. But in the end, as tired as I was, it was all so fuckin worth it. I get my spiritual fix by working and relaxing with friends, family, community, and tribe. And now we have three more stones in the circle, and they are happy to be with the others. And this kind of brings back something that Eshell ( I don't know how to spell it, but he's the guy from Texas with fairy camp). He was talking about the new sand in the drum circle and how it could have been used for so many things, but ended up here with us, in such a good place. I feel the same about the stones, they could have been a driveway or landfill, but they are here forever with us as a symbol of the community and commitment of Four Quarters. OK, now thats enough of that happy shit......lol. I started school, all is well so far. I do have my core review on Nov. 2nd at 2:00PM in room 128. This is big, this is the time where the entire teaching staff of the art department rates me and my work and decides if I'm going to continue my school to receive a Bachelors in Art. I need to make some more peices. And yeah, I'm slightly nervous and scared shitless, but I'll be ok cause I am an artist, and a good one too. And I have some personal James issues that I have to look at closer and see where things are going to go, I'll deal with it as more comes to the surface.
