So I wrote this play....
Been wondering what I have been up to lately? Hoping it had something to do with zombies? It does!
Night of the Living Dead, the Musical has now been totally rewritten (by myself and Mike McGettigan), and is sure to be a total blast. Way bigger, way bloodier and way more badass.
We have four shows: October 29th and 30th at 8PM, and November 1st at 8AM and 12AM which will be at the Majestic Theater in Detroit. If you can’t make it please spread the word anyhow, the more we can do with word of mouth advertising the more show we can bring on. (We need as much blood as possible, for the cannon.)
The cast is huge, the energy is high, the space is fantastic and the experience is sure to be unforgettable. Hope you can make it!
A hilarious musical re imagining of the classic horror film, The Night of the Living Dead. Blood, zombies, shotguns, chainsaws, and political satire accompany a huge cast in this reinterpretation of the groundbreaking film on its 40th anniversary.
Now in its 6th year this award winning Detroit original has been reinvigorated for 2008. Not for the easily offended this timely and smart comedy/horror/musical will leave you with an unforgettable Halloween experience.
