Meeting an Old Friend
Pretty Funny thing happened to me today. I was sitting at my open house - and it was busy as hell - people were in an out non stop and I almost ran out of feature sheets. So, for the next knock on a door, I am running out - welcome in, blah-blah-blah - oops, this was the owner of the house and his wife, a little awkward shall I say? So we had a quick chat about house prices and days on a market and so on, then suddenly they were getting ready to leave, saying "come on, lets run, that agent is coming". Ok, I am a little intrigued, door opens, the couple comes in, lady does look like a real estate agent or sales person, so what? Then she looks at me and goes: "I know you! Oh, year, we were sitting at the same desk for our last OREA course!" Here you go, Marina, strike #2 for you, all within 15 minutes, LOL.
It was really nice meeting an old friend, very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Now I can tell the seller that that "AGENT" is not all that intimidating as they were thinking!
