I've sent offers, booked showings for tonight and enjoying the break - posting what I cooked and eating what I am posting at the same time. It is kinda challenging - I need the third hand, or type with one just one hand, or learn to eat handsfree - may be should watch my dog :) Here is what my family eating tonight - Ukrainian Style Stir-Fry. Ya-ya, don't roll your eyes, I just made it up.
we will need:
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of grated carrots
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cubed
3 cups cooked buckweat - I just cook it in the rice cooker, same as rice
In a large skillet heat sunflower oil - you will need a lot, like a whole cup
Add onions and fry till golden
Add carrots and chicken, cook and stir for about 15 min
Add cooked buckweat, stir well, cook another 5-7 min. Add spices - salt, black pepper, chopped parsley and whatever else you like
Voila!!!
