Seriously, folks, I am patenting this one. Every HR department has to have a snowman test to check their employee's creativity. If this is 3 balls, big medium and small stuck on top of each other - well, this is very traditional and very sad. How about some out-of-the-box-snowman?
Looks a little crowded here - HR did not do a good job. Hired to many identical people thinking identically and acting identically.
