Appraisals Exam Tomorrow
Not sure why we have to study and do exams for the same thing over and over again. Probably just to stress us out and mess up with listings and buyers...
Not that I am stressing about "pass" or "fail", it is more about "what if I get under 95". Hate this feeling.... Just got a huge cup of tea and off to study. My son just grabbed my book and offered to attach a gummy bear after each paragraph! Do you think that would work?
May be it will make me go like this....
