Kid's and adults ever favorite - Beef Stroganoff. Goes well with any side - pasta, mashed potatoes, quinoa, rice, buckwheat.

What cut of beef do you use? Would any cut do? Looks delicious!

Made this tonight--was delicious. Really, the best stroganoff I've had.
