I had same question asked about 3 times yesterday: How much did home prices in Mississauga increased compared to last year. So, I thought it would be helpful to prepare this new type of report - Sales and Average Home Price By Major Home Type for Mississauga, ON

As we can see inventory on all types of homes except for Condo Apartment substantially decreased, while the sales increased. If we continue heading in the very same direction, in a few months we will have an intense inventory shortage. Prices for most type of homes also increased over the last year. Again, with the only exception for Condo Apartments, where the price dropped by about 2%, but I would say this is mainly due to the inventory increase.
