these look amazing!! can't wait to try them out.. i do have a question, i'm not a cooking expert so I was wondering if the chocolate cream cheese was made mixing the philadelphia with Nutella? =) TKS!

Hi, Elisa (sorry if this is not your name)

thank you so much and really glad you like it.
I actually used Chocolate Philadelphia, ready to use, they just started selling it. But if you don't have it, I would not recommend mixing cream cheese with Nutella, it might turn a little runny in the oven and "escape" your croissants. What you might want to do is melt some chocolate chips or baker chocolate (about 1/4 cup) and mix it with your regular cream cheese. Also, for gourmands - try using white chocolate + cream cheese + bit of vanilla - your guests will never guess what is inside :)

hi Marina (i hope that is your name too!)
Elisa is my name. And thank you SO much for taking the time to explain this to me. All your options seem amazing and delicious!! but i'm a lazy person, lol, can't i just put nutella inside? ^_^
I will try and do this sometime soon, and promise to send you pictures and tell you how it went =)
