I am doing an open house in the area today and will definitely pop by this new Halton Hills wonder.

It opened as planed this week, on August 1st. I was a little overwhelmed with my open house visitors last time I was in the area asking about the mall, so hope this report made of the material from various sources would help.

1. Mall will include retailers new to the outlet market in Canada: Cole Haan, Columbia Sportswear, DKNY, Icebreaker, Kate Spade New York, Polo Ralph Lauren, Restoration Hardware and Ted Baker London.
2. More than 800 full- and part-time jobs will be created
3. Goods to be sold at 25 - 65% off regular retail prices
4. New shopping center will trigger growth of new hotels, restaurants, etc.
5. Better infrastructure - higher level of life - higher real estate prices
