Picture a Scifi-Comedy that is a mix of Third Rock From The Sun meets Frasier meets Big Love.
In the year 513 of the reign of Mollutios the Barmy, Sorita Brikk a famous voice actress gets banished for insulting said most noble and fluffy regent. And she doesn't just get banished to the arctic forests or the blue moon, no she gets thrown out of their whole galaxy and has to pack her husbands and child up and find another planet to live on.
After only a short while - that seemed far too long for some of them, when confined to a tiny spaceship - they land on Earth and Sorita picks up where she left off and becomes a radio host, now named Sarah Stone. She has a late-night advice program called ‘Not Carved in Stone’, that quickly becomes quite popular for her more... alternative advice.
Soreta has three husbands and one wife, which is apparently not so normal on this planet and so she has to hide their marital status. Apparently just living with three men and one woman and enjoying them all once in a while (or at once) may not be the norm, but is at least not outlawed (and some people just think it’s two couples living together and one.. cousin). Curious people on this planet. Chatting about it on her program seems to titillate a lot of people, though. Especially when her producer Alexandra gets upset about it.
Future plotlines:
- Soreta gets jealous when Kreata starts flirting with Alexandra
- someone calls child protective services, because Soreta’s kids aren’t upset by their mother living with three men and one woman and talk about it naturally on the playground
- lots of on-air banter between Soreta and Alexandra, once Alex gets over herself
Soreta Brikk/Sarah Stone - Esther Schweins
Voiceactress extraordinaire turned radio host is embracing her new life on this planet called Earth in full and can’t wait to see what these humans will come up with next.
Kreata Bil/ Rita Billings - Noomi Rapace
She used to be quite the fan of Soreta back in the day, and curiously Soreta even married her after their short tryst - she never quite understood why, but she’s grown to love her wife. She’s still got a hard time adjusting to life on Earth.
Ru Krit/ Rhett Kramer - Callum Keith Rennie
Husband Number One, has been Soreta’s childhood sweetheart and their flame never went out or dimmed even a little bit.
Uhnitioma Zuroka/ Nick Zorn - Javier Bardem
Husband Number Two has been described as the loveliest men on the planet. He is a masterchef, an amazing caregiver and can kill you quickly in too many ways to count. He’s also the father of both of Soreta’s children.
Lurio Rannn/ Lucius Randall - Jeremy Kapone
Husband Number Three was quite the scandal. Not because of his age, people barely blinked, this was Soreta after all, no, he had previously been engaged to the regent. Some people say this was the reason Soreta really got banished, though it was never confirmed.
Alexandra Kieslowski - Bridget Regan
Alex hasn’t been in the business long, but when an amazing redhead comes into the local station wanting to work as a host, she quickly offers to produce it, cause nobody else wanted to. She is still shocked by some of Sarah’s stories, but she is delighted by all the reactions to the show from the towns residents.
