Also, I have to tell you - Yuki can be both a man's or a woman's name. It depends on the kanji. In fact, Yuki is more commonly a girl's name, but with a change in kanji, it's a male name that sounds like a female's name. You know? Like Danielle and Daniel, almsot the same pronuncation but with different spelling.

Same with Mizuki. :)

Girly iruka that makes Aoba gay is just too cute. I want Aoba/Iruka now!

Or anyone/Iruka. Because I'm such a fan.

damn, you tore through that fast! i'm lying broken and limp from the just LJ-hell of posting it, and you're done. it's funny - i know three male Yukis, not one female. but yeah, i was thinking it would like the name 'kim' - so many people are like 'that's a girl's name'/'that's a boy's name'. it was just meant to throw iruka off for a bit.

would it make you feel better to know jiraiya has been molesting iruka in my mind for the better part of a week now? and someday, soon, that may find its way onto a screen? yeah, i bet it does *wink*.

I'm a fast reader. :P I finish novels in a single day, sometimes two, if I particularly like the writer. ^_^

Thing is... it's more likely to be a *girl's* name, really. People tend to give girls the name Yuki, though some guys do have the name Yuki (it means snow, I think, and it's pretty gender neutral)... I'll ask my friend to see if there're other more... ambigious names, but Iruka wouldn't have thought it strange to have a girl called Yuki, really. It's common enough in both sexes. Kim, on the other hand is more a girl's name than it is a guy's name *now*. Jo might be one. :P Because I spend so much time thinking of ambigious names to name my characters. Bwahaha... Gonna call a guy Jen one day! :P

As for Jiraiya/Iruka. It has to be UP. SOON. Because. ^_^ I love Iruka and lately there's been NO fic. At all.

Wow that was a lot of smut to read in one go (chapters 1-5) its probably not sensible to saturate my brain with it like that but what the hell, it was good *-*
There's just so much Iruka awesomeness, even if everyone in the fic wants to smex him up (because who can blame them anyway) and I really like the dynamic between the three of them, your Genma's so cute and skittish.. and Raidou's like a big (horny) teddy bear, gah I just love them all in this. You win at the pr0nz.

((*seconds the anyone/Iruka sentiment* and someone really needs to write KakashiIrukaTenzou.. mainly so I can abbreviate it to KIT and giggle madly))

whoa, that is a lot to take in at a go. yeah, i wonder if i'm getting mary-sueish with that whole smex thing - i have in my mind aoba isn't REALLY all that interested in iruka. there was a conversation i took out where iruka asks him if he was the kind of kid who only wanted a toy when he saw another kid playing with it. i think there's a little bit of that dynamic going on here, that aoba's only interested in iruka because genma is.

XD Iruka-sue <3 But I liked spazzy Aoba, telling Iruka to get out while he was sitting on him *snicker* denial much. Seems like he has a lot of issues all round and he's just channeling them at Iruka rather than dealing - but then when to ninja ever do the sensible thing.

Wow. This is really good. I can't wait to see what'll happen.

As for the Yuki thing someone mentioned, I've known Japanese girls and guys with the same name, but more girls than guys.

I like your Aoba. Characters like him are good because they haven't been characterized too much in the canon so you can pretty much make them wanna go gay for Iruka and make out with Genma, and it looks in-character. Okay, so who wouldn't go gay/straight/anything for Iruka or make out with Genma?!

yeah, well, it's still up in the air whether i'm doing good or evil with aoba. but he doesn't WANT to make out w/genma, he just does it to get the girls. i guess the poor man assumed making out with any guy would be the same whatever-blah, and then completely freaked out when iruka crossed his path.
