GREETINGS FROM PARADISE!
Hello all!!
So it turns out that we have internet access here! Go figure! Just so you know, that doesn't mean I'm going to constantly be online.. there's so much more to be doing than just typing away on this thing! But now that I'm here, let me let you in on a few things...
I am SO GLAD I'm here! I can't get over how beautiful it is.. it's seriously breathtaking that I get to spend my summer days here. Two days into being here, I found myself thinking that the summer could not be long enough.. and I was already hoping to be hired next year! It's like a dream.. and the people are amazing too! Everyone here reminds me of people from "home"!--in a good way.
Some stories? Ok. Well one day my roommate and I were taking a break in one of the cabins.. I leaned back on the bed and found my elbow resting in something sticky.. I like to call it "love"... because frankly, it's the least disgusting name I could come up with.. Hmm.. there's a story that I can only share on special request.. because #1, it's bad, and #2, it requires a lot of typing:) And the guy that I had a crush on for one day last year is arriving in a few days.. And I've gone for a kayak like every day! And I've seen 8 moose! And I LOVE IT HERE! And I'm going now, because frankly, it's depressing me to be on the internet! BYE! Love you all!!
