Advice??

If someone was writing a series of short (1000-3000 words) one-shots on each of the HP next gen kids and grandchild groupings (currently projected at 15-20 pieces), how would you want to read it? As 15-20 one-shots, or as one story with 15-20 chapters? Keep in mind that the stories are all interconnected and will refer back to one another, but they can also be read alone. So, if you want to read about Dominique, but don't care at all about Victoire, you can just read Dominique's and not be worse off.

I'm really excited about this project; I just have no idea how best to format it. Help?
