it`s wiping his bum! it's the kandoo frog =D he's the mascot for this one brand of baby|kids wipes for potty training and stuff XD there's also like... that foamy handsoap stuff XD

I tell them apart by... Toda's pointy lip, and Ittsumii's jaw and... I guess I've just stared at them enough to be able to tell XD
